so we’re 36 days in to 2012, it hasn’t been what I quite expected so far.
Disappointed isn’t the word, surprised maybe. I love my daughter with all my heart, her and my fiance are my world. I’m a very lucky lady. I’m finally getting somewhere with in my career choice. I want Naomi to be proud off me. I want her to know some people are born knowing what they wanna grow up to be, nice and simple. Me, it took sometime, I had to find what I love to do and progress on that. I’m gonna make her understand why School is important and that it does help getting in to a career you want alot easier. I went with the ‘I can’t be bothered with school work and friends are more fun and important scenario’. Which I wish someone had smacked me round the back off the head back then and told me what was really important. Yeah, Friendships are important, and they make life fun, and in some cases easier. But some times Friends aren’t always what they turn out to be. Out of my school friends that I spent time with back in school in other cases bunking school, Theres only 3 that I have the time of day for now. But thankfully I’m getting there in a different route, I have a great job that has taken a chance on me.
I just want Naomi to be proud off me.
